Item Availability

Hub will do it's best to keep the website as up to date as possible. However we cannot guarantee that items shown will still be available. Once Hub has received your order request it will be processed within 24 hours, subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order

If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.

Payment

In order to take your payment we will transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by PayPal.

Payments can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Maestro Cards.

Please note that we do not store customer's credit card details within our website database.

Delivery and Postage

Next Day Delivery - Flat Rate Charge of £5.00 (Mon-Thurs)

Free Next Day Delivery on purchases over £250.00

Royal Mail Standard Delivery (3-4 working days) - Flat Rate Charge of £2.50 on goods under £30.00

Orders received after midday will be processed as for the following working day. Please note that orders made on Fridays are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Next Day delivery will require a signature on receipt.

If you wish to track your parcel, please contact us and we will check on the status of the delivery for you.

Free postage only applies to original orders, not exchanges.

For delivery to addresses outside the UK please contact us for further information.

Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any item you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. Hub will only accept items in their original condition.

To return an item please email us on hubshop2@btconnect.com to request an authorization number, please note this on your returns form.

Please return the unwanted item, unworn and in it's original packaging with all tags attached. Send together with your completed Returns Form and original receipt. If you have mislaid your Returns Form, it can be downloaded here.

Items should be sent by insured registered post and securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Hub will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during delivery.

All exchanges are charged at the set postal rate of £6.00 postage and packing per parcel.

Refunds

After receiving the goods in as-sold condition, we will refund your credit/debit card excluding your original shipping costs within 14 working days.

Replacement of faulty goods will be posted free of charge.
